Questions, answered.
Does my client need to download an app?
No. The try-on opens in the phone's web browser straight from your link. Your client taps once to allow the camera and the ring appears on their hand.
Which phones does it work on?
Any recent iPhone or Android phone with Safari or Chrome. It also works on laptops and tablets with a webcam.
Is it an accurate way to check ring size?
It shows how the design looks and sits on the hand, in proportion to the finger. It isn't a ring sizer, so we'd always recommend confirming size in person or with a sizer.
Will my client see who made the ring?
No. Client pages carry your business name and no supplier branding. With White-label, the Mirror, Mirror badge is removed too and the page sits on your own address.
Is anything recorded?
No. The camera image is processed on the phone itself and is never sent anywhere. Nothing is recorded or stored.
Can my client take the design?
The 3D model is protected in transit and on the page, so it can't simply be saved and reused. Links can also be set to expire.
